Digital Products Notice (No Physical Shipment)

VMS operates as an online learning platform offering electronic educational content, digital video lectures, quizzes, and digital certificates. We do not sell, stock, or ship any physical goods or tangible parcels. Therefore, physical courier shipping is not applicable to any purchase made on this website.

1. Delivery Mechanism

All course enrollments and digital services are delivered electronically through our cloud-based Learning Management System:

  • Instant Student Dashboard Activation: As soon as your payment is successfully authorized via Cashfree, the enrolled course is immediately attached to your registered VMS student profile.
  • Email Confirmation & Access Link: An automated order receipt containing your transaction ID, course details, and a direct link to start learning is dispatched to your registered email address within seconds of transaction approval.
  • On-Demand Streaming & Materials: Video lectures, downloadable exercise files, code repositories, and interactive quizzes become available immediately upon clicking the course link in your dashboard.

2. Delivery Timelines

Because delivery is fully digital and automated:

Standard Digital Delivery

Immediate (Within 5 to 15 minutes of successful Cashfree payment confirmation).

Banking Delayed Delivery

If your bank payment is marked pending, access is provisioned immediately upon final clearance from your bank.

3. Shipping Costs & Fees

There are zero shipping, handling, or courier charges associated with any purchase on VMS. All digital delivery is 100% free of charge anywhere in India and internationally.

4. Access Duration & Validity

Unless explicitly mentioned on the course enrollment page as a recurring subscription or time-limited cohort, your course access grants lifetime availability to review video lectures, attempt quizzes, and view course updates.

5. Troubleshooting Access & Non-Delivery

If you completed a payment on Cashfree but cannot find your course in your student dashboard or did not receive an email confirmation:

  1. Check your email's Spam / Promotions folder for the automated order confirmation email.
  2. Ensure you are logged into VMS using the exact email address specified during the checkout process.
  3. If the course does not show up within 15 minutes, please forward your payment receipt or Cashfree transaction reference to our support desk.
