1. Introduction & Overview

This website and its associated learning management services are operated by VMS ("we", "us", or "our"). Throughout the site, the terms refer to our educational services, courses, live quizzes, multimedia content, and student learning portal.

We provide users with access to pre-recorded video lectures, interactive quizzes, study materials, and certification courses upon payment of the designated course fees.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to register and purchase courses.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password).
• Account sharing, resale, or transferring course logins to third parties is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account suspension without refund.

3. Course Access & Intellectual Property

Upon successful payment confirmation, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the enrolled course materials strictly for personal educational purposes.

• All course videos, audio, quizzes, downloadable notes, graphics, and code samples are the proprietary intellectual property of VMS and its authorized instructors.
• You may NOT record, scrape, rip, re-upload, distribute, resell, or publicly broadcast any learning content from our platform.
• Violation of our intellectual property rights will result in immediate legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

4. Pricing, Payments & Currency

All course prices listed on the website are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to revise course prices, introduce promotional discounts, or modify coupon policies at any time without prior notice.
• All online payments are securely processed through authorized RBI-regulated payment aggregators, including Cashfree Payments, using 128-bit/256-bit SSL encryption.
• We do not store your complete credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund guidelines are detailed in our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy. In brief, eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that the course content has not been substantially consumed (under 20% viewed) and no certificate has been generated.

6. Limitation of Liability

VMS and its instructors strive to provide top-tier, accurate instructional content. However, we do not guarantee employment, guaranteed salary hikes, or specific financial outcomes as a result of completing our courses. The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and any transactions or disputes arising out of your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims and legal proceedings.
